Shark Attack!


Ingredients:

Fish : 2 lbs (Bass or red tipped SHARK)

Large Onions, chopped

2 inches ginger

1-2 red/green chillies

4-8 garlic cloves

Handful coriander leaves(Chopped)

1 cup Yoghurt or sour cream

Red Chile Powder( to taste)

1/2 tsp Haldi (turmeric)

2 tsp garam masalaSalt( to taste)

1 tsp Coriander Powder

4 Tbs Oil

Salt to Taste
Instructions:

1 Grind in blender or food processor fresh ingredients(ginger,garlic,chillies,1/2 of coriander leaves) to make a green paste

2 Add dry masala powder, including salt to the ground mixture and rub fish with the mixture, and marinate it for 10-15 mins

3. In a large flat pan, sauté finely chopped onions, until golden brown

4. Add the marinated fish and stir gently.

5 Since fish cooks much faster than mutton, I add my cream/yoghurt now, while the fish is still cooking

6 Simmer on very low heat , without stirring, to keep fish intact

7 Garnish with coriander leaves

8 Serve with hot steaming rice
